{UAH} Article: Illinois governor profits off ICE detention center contracts

CHICAGO — Gov. Bruce Rauner this year reported turning a profit from a health care group that services U. S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement detention centers, including facilities that hold immigrant families with children.
