{UAH} A.U asks Museveni to write report on Political Integration of Africa

Ugandan leader, Gen. Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, was recently tasked by the African Union to singly write an expert report on the Political Integration of Africa. Museveni was found best placed to articulate the proposal for colleagues to consider and put into action. The assignment was a very high expression of confidence in Museveni's intellectual and visionary abilities.

This reminds me of the days in school when we would be assigned group course works and the whole selects me to write the paper on behalf of all and they would score well over 80% from one individual's sweat. 

Unless Museveni is betrayed and fed to the imperialist vultures who do not wish to see a single African bloc in place, he is well on his way to lead the thing.

He handed the report to Guinea Conakry's Alpha Conde while on a state visit to the country last week.
