{UAH} Bobby/Ocen/Pojim....: Ruto defies Uhuru, says he will continue launching projects

I think Ruto looks like he wants out early enough to prepare for his national exam come 2022! Why should he undermine his boss continuously this way? Why make his staying on so contentious? He wants this time round to be shoved out, instead of his usual bolting off at the 11th hour.
