Besides the recent swearing in of the newly elected Court Martial chaired by Lt Gen Gutti , detectives say there is no need with rushing to arraign booted Inspector General of Police Kale Kayihura .
According to detectives, it is reportedly said that even though minister for constitutional affairs Gen Kahinda Otafiire had recently said that Kayihura was to be handled by court martial and other military system since he was still a serving officer , his case was so complex something that called for the government and security organs patience as investigations are going on.
A source also revealed that , Kayihura's case being so sensitive is also another reason why authorities haven't so far pronounced themselves on charges Kayihura is facing but a source privy with the investigations intimated that at least 57 cases so far been brought aganist him.
