{UAH} LUGANDA OR KISWAHILI?

INDIA PROMOTES HINDI AND AFRICA IS RELUCTANT TO PROMOTE KISWAHILI!
I covered the visit of Prime Minister of India in late nineties. He
was speaking Kiswahili on all ocasions here.
This time, the visiting Premier is speaking Hindi. Yet Uganda and
India are both Anglophone countries.
It is high time, we started from where Idi Amin stopped in 1975 when
he spoke Luganda at the UN General Assembly when he was OAU
Chairperson.
If not Luganda or any other African language, at least Kiswahili,
since, our colleague in North Africa have Arabic and Ethiopia has
Amharic.
