1. Iran has built a factory that can produce rotors for up to 60 centrifuges a day, the head of its atomic agency announced. Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei said last month that he ordered the government to prepare to increase uranium enrichment capacity after Trump pulled out of the nuclear agreement.. A Turkish court ruled to keep an American pastor being tried on terrorism-related charges in prison. Andrew Brunson has been held by authorities for nearly two years, an imprisonment that critics say is being used by Turkey as a bargaining chip to extract concessions from the United States.
