Governor Awiti  was represented by the dream team of as you call it NASA lawyers, Tom Ojienda, the LSK rep on the JSC, Otiende Amollo and James Aggrey  Orengo.  The Court of appeal bench supported the high court judge and dismissed the appeal with costs.
