{UAH} MY APOLOGIES TO UGANDANS!

People;

It was my initiative that Uganda should introduce, Uganda diaspora tax but unbeknown to me the government opted to go after the internet not knowing that this would impact more on Ugandans at home. I would therefore like to apologise to all Ugandans that it was not my intention that the Ugandans at home should face this unfair tax. 

I must, however, make it clear that the diaspora tax is necessary. The accrued income from this tax must be earmarked for projects elected by Ugandans in the diaspora. 

I have therefore decided to join those Ugandans who are opposed to the internet or social media tax as it known locally. We will campaign to have this tax abolished with immediate effect.
