{UAH} NO FDC OR DP CANDIDATES IN LC ELECTIONS. WHY??

In the Masaka sub-region, there's hardly any FDC candidates, I saw Minister Frank Tumwebaze chest thumping after NRM 175 candidates out of the 614 villages in Kamwenge went through unopposed.
