As we cerebrate the Silver Jubelee of Ssaabasajja Kabaka Ronald Edward David Luwangula Kimera Mutebi ;;'s which climax is at Mmengo Palace tomorrow, God willing, l shall join a panel of journalists tonight to analyse the silver jubilee and way forward among others.
