A man was thrown into a fountain for protesting Islam at the site of the recent gun massacre by Faisal Hussain: Danforth Avenue in Toronto.

As Global News reported, the protester was thrown into the fountain by an unidentified man who objected to a sign the victim was carrying.

The Global News video of the protester being thrown into the fountain for exercising his constitutional right to free speech is appalling. What is even more abysmal is the police's neglect of duty when the situation was clearly escalating, as captured by Global News.

Someone in the crowd shouted at the protester, "Not all Muslims are bad." The demonstrator responded, "I don't know about Muslims, I talked about Islam!"

Indeed, not all Muslims are bad. The protester never said they were. The man was protesting an ideology that has the West crippled with fear and pandering to its tenet that Islam must not be criticized. Because of his protest, the victim became vulnerable to a public lynching, not unlike what is routine in Pakistan, though not nearly as severe. Yet given the shallowness of the water, the construction of the fountain, and the force of the shove, the man could have sustained serious injuries from being pushed into the fountain.

Yet no arrests were made. Police stood by and watched the progression of the assault. This demands the question: do the police now have a right to pick and choose whom to protect? Those who stood by claimed for themselves that right, with no accountability to the public. They should be investigated under the Police Act. Just ask the girls who were viciously abused by Muslim rape gangs in the UK while police did nothing for fear of appearing to be "Islamophobic."

Ontario's Office of Independent Police Review Director (OIPRD) states:

Police officers are expected to act with honesty and integrity and not abuse the extraordinary powers and authority they are granted. Police officers are also expected to treat people with respect and to act in a manner that does not discredit or undermine public confidence in the police service.

Neglect of duty is identified as a code of conduct breach under the OIPRD.

Canada is becoming increasingly totalitarian, given its official crackdown on what is offensive to Islam, and now with this latest incident involving a man that was assaulted under the nose of police who have vowed to protect and serve.

An investigation should be expected. This is not a partisan issue. The way police treated this man is advance warning to all Canadians of the direction Canada is taking. Eventually, no infidel will be safe from dhimmitude, as Islamization sets in and places one religion above the constitution and above the law.

A man shoved an anti-Islam protester into a Toronto fountain on Friday while police apparently watched and made no arrests.

The incident occurred at the makeshift memorial erected at the site of Sunday's mass shooting in the city, where two people died and 13 others were injured. Gunman Faisal Hussain reportedly committed suicide in the attack.

Toronto, provincial and federal police forces were all monitoring Hussain, reportedly for his "support" of ISIS websites.

As Global News reported, the protester was thrown into the fountain by an unidentified man who objected to a sign the victim was carrying. It referred to the state-owned Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) and had two lines that read "Little Mosque on the prairie" (sic) and "Two dead girls in Greek Town." The first line referenced a CBC program depicting the lives of a Muslim family in rural Canada and the second referenced the ethnic neighborhood of the mass shooting.

Someone in the crowd shouted at the protester, "Not all Muslims are bad." The demonstrator responded, "I don't know about Muslims, I talked about Islam!"

A woman wearing a hijab then tried to wrest the sign from the protester but was unsuccessful. As the crowed began to shout "Shame! Shame!" A man then pushed him into a fountain, and the crowd applauded.

Police on the scene made no arrests…..
