{UAH} TUMUSIMME MUTEBBELY IN ALCOHOLIC COMA; FLOWN TO LONDON

Alcoholism seems to  be catching up with the beer bellied buffoon Tumusimme Mutebelly. A hardened drunkard who loved the hard stuff, Mutebbely spent all his time at the BoU guzzling whisky, vodka and waragi, instead of controlling and supervising monetary policy. A man who never had one for the road, Mutebelly has more alcohol running through his veins than human blood.

Mutebelly slavishly implemented ruinous  IMF - World Bank policies without bothering to think about their damaging effect on growth . His cruel and corrupt privatisation policies returned Ugandan industry to the backwaters of the medieval age and cemented the Kayibanda family rule in Uganda.

Mutebelly is one of Uganda's worst criminals ever to grace the Ugandan political scene. He is a  quisling we would hang immediately upon capture, for acting for so many years as the nyampara for imperialist aggression against our country and as economic pointman of the Rwandan occupation.

Mutebelly will  not be missed by anyone, except perhaps by the Association of Whiskey Manufacturers, and if alcohol claimed him, his  anticipated demise would only have allowed him to escape justice as a major league criminal and one of the worst traitors our country has ever produced.

RIP.
