I recently saw a UG military officer in full uniform tumble over and sit on his big bum after only kicking a ball as the huge belly prevailed over his centre of gravity! Was that Moses Ali?

Kenyan politicians  love their tummies. Sometime in Uganda in the 1970s, a lot of men were also proud of their tummies- the girls liked men with beer bellies because that was a sign of dosh. But tummies have now run out of fashion- except in kenya.  I wonder whether WBK  has a tummy  to rival Mr Akuba. I dont know what the guy looks like even though he claims to have been in the same school  and at university as myself and knows more about me than I know about myself..
