Okumu Ringa is a LAWYER the so-called 'Learned' the institution whereby lies always reign. The preamble of Law, I think was written under symbol of the 10 Commandment of God! Sorry my Muko BARIGYE and my young brother GOOK tell me to close my mouth because they do not want hear the word 'GOD'!
I agree with you Okumu Ringa was wrong and if there exists law and moral value which made him did the borehole, then he must repair that borehole.

What an idiot, Okumu Ringa is. He should be arrested and charged with vandalism. He sunk the boreholes and gave them to the community so they were no longer personal property to do as he wished. They became community resources. The state should have arrested him yesterday and charged him accordingly.
