SV: {UAH} H.E Bobi Wine - Full Speech in Arua District, Promises to Liberate Uga...
Fellow Ugandans,
I think, this political campaign arrangement in Uganda whereby the whole political parties gather for vote canvassing the same day in the same town must be regulated by both the police and the electoral commission authority if Ugandans want peaceful politics and political maturity to take place.
Frankly, I must say even here in older democratic country like Sweden, the whole political party do not carry vote campaigns and, or canvassing in the same town at the same times. Political campaigns are regulated by both the police and the electoral commission authority offices for a peaceful political campaigns in this democratic country.
Agreeable, multi-party political developments had taken more than 300 years in Sweden, but I think we always see political party campaign regulations do take place in Sweden during every election circles. Why? I think, it is because of human emotions and over excitements which may push human beings to cause some uncalled for actions. This is why, I feel the political chaos in Arua could have not happen if the political campaigns were to have been regulated by both the electoral commission authorities and the police.
Lastly, fellow Ugandans, let us agree to disagree but we must know that multi-party political maturity requires proper regulation to lower down the political temperatures in the country. Because, under the lower political temperature we make reasonable thinking for the betterment of our dear country. True and sincere democracy could be built through peaceful understandings.

Allan,
And NRM thinks it business as usual? Continue increasing the opposition support by detaining critics, I wonder how NRM will celebrate Arua if its candidate won after arresting oppose candidates and supporters. Whether NRM was popular or not, its win will be blamed on harassing opposition.
I wonder what they expect the future to be. I don't envy some people.
