-- It seems Bobi Wine was actually produced before the Court Martial in Gulu, but only his two lawyers were allowed to attend the proceedings and to talk to him. There is so much misinformation going on. Some claim his kidneys have failed and he is on life support. Others say he is in Makindye barracks. Now this newspaper, which is Gulu based, puts him in Gulu and says he has been returned to Arua after a brief hearing at the Courts Martial..
I suppose this is Kayibanda's modus operandi- lead everyone on a wild goose chase.
