He's Brig. Don Nabaasa the commander of the Special Fools Group (SFC). This is an elite force in charge of the Presidential security. It's a predominantly Hima group at the helm of it. He's answerable to Museveni through the first son and presidential advisor on special security duties Lt.Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba.He was in charge of the invasion of the parliament during the presidential age limit lifting.He commanded the fracturing of Nambooze's spine and Hon. Zaake's skull. He's a lethal weapon in the Muhoozi project armoury
