{UAH} Doctors condemn torture, institute team to offer medical

Mr Ingram Kampe,

Are you aware that the crimes you are committing are grave violations of International Criminal law as they constitute CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY? Are you also aware that there is now extra-territoriality of jurisdiction as far as international law crimes are concerned, which means any jurisdiction can try any offender suspected of having committed the crimes of GENOCIDE, WAR CRIMES, and CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY? 

Mr Ingram Kampe, are you aware  that you are not beyond the reach of international justice and that you can be put on trial even in your bolthole in Canada for the egregious crimes you are committing or allowing to be committed against innocents citizens of Uganda?

International law permits the death sentence under certain exceptional circumstances for people convicted of International law crimes. I hope you are aware you are sailing too close to the wind. Denying your victims medical treatment is an international law crime, the punishment for which is very severe..
