The young man claims he rejected a white woman

Janan Loum, a young man has been arrested in Gulu district for refusing the advances of his female white boss.

The said white boss is an American called Carol Ward Veazey.

Also arrested is a social media journalist Chowoo Willy who was whisked away to CID headquarters in Kibuli, Kampala for cyber bullying.

Willy wrote on social media how police in Gulu had arrested and detained a former staff Favour of God, Janan Loum.

Janan Loum was dismissed last month following disagreement with the director over a controversial issue which she described as an "immoral practice".

According to police CIID detectives, his arrest followed an order from the district CIID officer on allegation that he walked away from an illegal meeting he had called in office three days before.

The meeting was to persuade Janan drop the legal case he filed for sexual harassment at the work place. He was hesitant and walked out of the meeting.

Janan told Willy from the police that he handed over all the property of Favour of God except the laptop he was given by the director from Kampala early this month as a person gift.

He becomes the fourth staff being sent home just within a period of two months.

Janan is demanding for his three months' salary and NSSF which was not remitted.

Janan says he was fired for refusing a love advance from Director Favor of God.

So journalist Willy wrote about the sex scandal on his Facebook page. The white woman ordered both arrested.

Janan is accused of holding the organisation's property while Willy is being held for cyber-crime.
