Has Kayibanda been given a new monicker (nickname) of BOSCO? I dont understand the joke nor its origin. Do you?

I am reminded of bosiko kataala, freshly arrived from the bush complaining about the comfortable mattresses in state House, wearing short sleeved Kaunda suits over long sleeved shirts, with gumboots, wearing watch on the right hand, promoting batter trade ... Beans for cars, swapping Mercedes for Nissan laurels landrovers for the Santana copies and Isuzu trucks for the accident prone IFA trucks, not to mention wondering aloud why anyone would wish to rule for life unless they were swine that needed an armed revolution to uproot or why any president of a third world nation whose people still had jiggers needed a jet to fly him to New York!

In those days he also wondered why a president would kill citizens or stay in power when people got tired of him!

He wondered why a president would be driven in a convoy at breakneck speed like a thief and opined that the roads were so bumpy, a pregnant woman driven over them would have a premature delivery!

A government that could not provide services to the people, had no right being in power!

In the NRM we believe in open criticism he said!

That was 1986!

I swear everything above really happened and is nothing but the whole truth!

I really swear the air in state House is either polluted or they serve illegal substances in there!

That's why term limits need to be returned! No one should be exposed to such mind altering substances for so long! Imagine what happens to the brains of children brought up in such an environment!
