The 63-year-old is reportedly engaged to 23-year-old girlfriend Maday Velazquez, according Radar Online, quoting Dutch newspaper, De Telegraaf.

Jackson and Velazquez began dating shortly after his 2016 divorce from Halima Rashid, with the singer telling De Telegraaf that he's ready to settle down once again.
