Warrant of arrest: UPDF's Reserve Commander , Maj Gen Otema is facing arrest after snubbing Land Probe Commission led by Justice Catherine Bamugemereire.
Gen Otema was grilled over 2000 acres he acquired in Amuru after the Kony war.
He appeared before Judicial Commission on 17th/08/2018 but has refused to return.
Justice Catherine Bamugemereire says he must appear on 3rd/09/2018 without fail.
The warrant of arrest has been issued by the judge.
