{UAH} Kipenji//Nairobi Gov. Sonko to name a female deputy

Folks;

Paranoid to the core, Gov. Sonko wants to change the Constitution so as to deny the deputy automatic succession in case the governor dies in office. 

Why? Let him tell you: 

"Governors could in future be at risk from their deputies who might connive to kill their bosses using poison or even hit squads in their bid to automatically ascend to power."
