Migori health officials, community based organisations join hands to fight open defecation culture
Migori county residents have joined hands in push ro have rural areas within the county declared open defecation free.
The residents came together through a campaign to sensitise people on why environmental hygiene is important is they are to fully eradicate cholera and other water borne diseases in the county. The event was organised by health officials from the Migori county and Luala community alliance
