Only wedded headteachers will be allowed to head the Anglican-founded Schools, Lango Diocese has said.
Professor Bishop Alfred Olwa said the move is aimed at fighting the deliberate moral decadence eating up this generation.
He revealed that all wedded headteachers will be examples both to their staff and the children.
According to the decree, all headteachers who have not yet entered into wedlocks have few months to do so lest they cease being part of the Church of Uganda Schools.
Professor Olwa said they have already finished up procedures required by government to implement the new policy.
