Uganda People's Defense Force is in a fix after parliament want it to come up and apologize to the public for torturing arrested suspects and journalists on duty
MPs have condemned the act of torture UPDF soldiers apprehended to MPs Francis Zzaake Butebi of Mityana municipality and Kyagulanyi Ssentamu Bobi wine of Kyaddondo East that caused them serious injuries
