The bill will introduce thousands of new recruits to active duty, reserve and National Guard units and replace ageing tanks, planes, ships and helicopters with more advanced and lethal technology, this is a transformation of the entire American defense system. So what he is trying to do is get out of wars for you will look at his arsenal and simply back off. Peace through strength. Now it is going to be convoluted to preach how he is a Russian puppet when he has threatened Russia to that level. With the weapons they are sending out there, Crimea might even come back who knows. What is strange is that the media refused to report it, in fact CNN did not even cover his speech.
By the way what was signed yesterday is the first $716B the second amount is coming in at the beginning of 2019. Both bills have been already voted on and both passed.
