The below pictured man is Chinese Contractor doing remarkable road work but lazy Kenyans are siphoning fuel from his lorries.

He is chasing a thief(not Kenyan) with the machete.

When will Kenya start making sure Chinese infrastructure projects can employ only Kenyans for the low level and menial jobs?-  It is completely ridiculous for these Chinese companies to import the entire workforce for a road or contruction project. In fact it will create a lot of animosity and hatred for the Chinese in kenya, just as it has in Zambia and other African countries.. China should be exporting investment, technology and skilled manpower. It should not be exporting manual labour.
