Why Mr Bob Wine needs to take control of his PR machine. Some of the people who have been posting photoshops and fabricated pictures and claims about his condition are doing him no good. The Corporal Otto's, the Esther Nabanda's and the Shaffique Sebunya's social media world are waiting in the wings, fangs bared,  ready to pounce. The Kayibanda PR gang, and especially the official mouth pieces like Ofwono Opondo, Ahmed Katerrega, Tony Owana, and Edward Irundrua have very little to chew on, so they will use any false claim as a weapon and milk it till kingdom come. Propaganda is a very powerful tool, but it can also be turned against you if a careful line is not drawn between fidelity and falsehoods. The last thing an opposition leader who is fighting for justice needs is falsehood. He should at all costs avoid own goals!!!

Now claiming that Ugandan doctors could not handle his illness, he flown to get high class medication in USA. The following morning he holds a PRESS CONFERENCE!!!. Banange, we have been fooled too much by this GANJA MAN.
