I hear all chaos, anarchy, Bobi Wine blah blah blah. All outshining in words....,but, them words have no wings!

Like I was saying, Uganda is neither a NO-PARTY state nor a One-party democracy.
I don't know to which party Bobi Wine belongs. A friend told me he is an FDC.
I find that hard to believe. I do know FDC has a party leader. And a "spiritual advicer".
Yet, even more strange about the chaos and anarchy drive, I have not heard any of the established parties call urgent General meetings or DC to discuss the so called "chaos ".
WHY?!?!?!
Even the party leaders appear on Medias discribing the problems as if they are not party leaders.
Why?
