{UAH} FIRING SQUAD "MURDER"?

While I like the vindication (see attachment photo), the writer is not fully using his head. When a criminal has been caught red-handed, charged by a prosecutor, tried in a court, and given the death sentence by a judge as prescribed by law, how does one even say that the president "murdered" the convicted criminal?
