MAJ. GEN. MUGISHA MUNTU SHOULD APOLOGIZE
Maj. Gen. Mugisha Muntu should apologize, as Director of Military
Intelligence, for mistreating fighters from other liberation groups
that were integrated in NRA especially UFM which used to operate in
Kyaddondo East.
He should also do the same or degrading less educated officers who
became frustrated and some, like Herbert Itongwa, resorted to
rebellion. The likes of Maj. Gen. Kasirye Gwanga can tell us all this
stuff.
