{UAH} India: Triple talaq or instant divorce now a criminal offence

The Indian Supreme Court is here continuing with its crusade against barbaric Islamic practices that do not belong to the modern world. First it outlawed child marriage in a massive crackdown that would have made Mr Mohamed a rapist and child abuser and had him sentenced to death, had he visited  India today where his followers make up 14% or 150 million of the billion strongn population. The Court also ruled that having sex with a girl who is under 16 is rape, whether the girl is married to the man or not. The court further extended the responsibility to protect a child to the parents, close relatives and clan of the girl, making them equally responsible for the rape of their daughter, should they marry her off when she is under age.

Now here is the court whipping the arses of the primitive  Muslim men- reluctantly dragging them  out of the darkness and  into the light to the glare of  civilisation. No longer can they just throw away a woman onto the streets or disinherit her  by simply mumbling the talaq three times. There is a heavy custodial sentence for throwing away a woman onto the streets and greedy and heartless  muslim men will now have to think twice before they mumble the talaq three times.

We salute the Indian Supreme Court for standing up to barbaric Islamic practices and outlawing the most grosteque and primitive ones that belong to the medieval age.
