Kalonzo bashed for visiting President Museveni
Kalonzo Musyoka and Yoweri MuseveniKenyans on twitter have trolled Wiper Democratic Movement leader Kalonzo Musyoka after he visited Uganda President Yoweri Museveni in Kampala.
Through his twitter handle, Kalonzo sought to inform Kenyans of the visit where he "discussed in depth the issue of a strong East African Community which he truly believes in."
He was accompanied by his son Kennedy Musyoka who was elected as Kenya's representative to the East Africa Legislative Assembly (EALA) late last year.
He posted photos of himself with Museveni to the chagrin of Kenyans.
While others questioned the 'strong East African Community' he was talking about yet Kenyans were 'being mistreated in Migingo,' others expressed dissatisfaction of a visit to Museveni whom they branded 'a dictator who tortures his own people.'
Didn't expect this level of ignorance from the former VP. Think he also expected us to give accolades to the Strongman.
....and did you discuss anything about Migingo island...or as usual you played the water melon diplomacy??. Please let us know.
A strong community cannot be created with cruel treatment of neighbours and citizens ,BELIEF must be demonstrated with ACTION.
Misplaced priority Mr Musyoka. Should have asked him about his imminent ousting and why his government is torturing people who differ with his style of leadership
If I were kalonzo, I wouldn't associated myself with M7 son of Kaguta who has rapidly abused rule of law and human rights of Ugandan.
Instead of discussing partinent issues like ending the Migingo saga, wewe umeenda kujifanya unaelewa the larger East Africa. Under whose delegation are you there. Please just come back and participate in mending Kenyan fabric. Mambo ya East Africa achia mtoto wako bwana

Deputy president William Ruto was similarly trolled last August after he visited the Ugandan President.
Kenya's relations with Uganda have been good at diplomatic level but Kenyans on Migingo Island continue to decry mistreatment by Ugandan security forces.
Kenyans also showed solidarity with Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu (Bobi Wine), a Ugandan musician-turned politician who was allegedly beaten by Ugandan forces for allegedly stoning Museveni's presidential motorcade.
