Has kayibanda completely lost the propaganda battle? Here is his private secretary posting an old picture of Bob Wine, suggesting dersisively that he appears like someone going on a honeymoon rather than to a hospital after a brutal beating. Look at lawyer Nicholas Opiyo's sardonic response.
The question you ask is: Where are his mouth pieces like Tony Owana, Ofwono Opondo, Ahmed katerrega who could do a better PR battle than this bumbling fool Molly kamukamu? Has he spat them out for no longer being fit for purpose- they cant stop the foot and mouth rot from spreading to the medulla oblangata?

This is an old picture. Posting it to suggest or insinuate that it is the pic of the two on a plane is plain disingenuous & disgusting of a person working for the presidency
