{UAH} NAMBOOZE GUILTY OF BREACH OF BAIL CONDITIONS

Here is kayibanda using the courts to run rings around nambooze. Uganda's courts are notoriously late, but on this occassion I think the Magistrate anticipated that Nambooze and her legal team would take their time getting to court- on previous occassions, she has been kept waiting for up to 10 hours- and he called their file on dot at 9 AM,SHARP WHEN THEY WERE NOT SEATED IN COURT. he immediately guilty of breach of her bail conditions. She will now have to surrender to custody. As I mentioned before, brutal regimes often use the court system to break down their opponents or critics.

Nakawa Magistrate Noah Ssajjabi must have slept in Court last night because when my lawyers entered court at 9:00am when courts in Uganda normally open he told them that he had already heard the matter and found me guilty of failure to honour conditions of the bail given to me and hence criminal summons had already been issued against me.Ofcourse the Magistrate is laying ground for cancelling bail granted to me and have me Imprisoned and fail my plan to travel for treatment...I hear there is one earthly "god" who wants to see me in prison to sooth a wounded ego.
