The only person allowed to sleep through the U.N. General Assembly...

… is little Neve Gayford, New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern's adorable 3-month-old bambina who made history Monday as the youngest person to ever visit the United Nations General Assembly. Ardern's partner, Clarke Gayford, even posted a snap on Twitter of Neve's security pass, which read "New Zealand first baby." He tweeted, "I wish I could have captured the startled look on Japanese delegation inside UN yesterday who walked into a meeting room in the middle of a nappy change. Great yarn for her 21st."
