{UAH} UNKNOWN VICTIMS OF KAYIBANDA MUSEVENI

Below are last known grainy pictures of TOM MASABA. Masaba was a Fronasa fighter who, along with Black Mwesigwa, was betrayed by the Rwandan outlaw  Kayibanda Museveni. Kayibanda, a very ruthless and insecure, man most of his life, was battling for control of Fronasa at the time. He had lost in the Fronasa elections to RAITI OMONGIN, the UPC National Youth leader. Raiti soon disappeared, never to be seen again, and it is believed that Kayibanda lured him to a secret place where he shot him to death and then hired criminal associates from the underworld to make his body disappear.

 

 To the anger and disgust of kayibanda Museveni, the Fronasa group then selected Black Mwesigwa to replace Raiti Omongin. Kayibanda took his revenge by tipping off Idi Amin's SRB about a mission that Fronasa had organised inside Uganda, and which was then based in the Elgon Mountains of Mbale. Tom Masaba was captured, and it is believed Black Mwesigwa was also captured at this time. Mwesigwa put up a fight and died in battle 

 

But the Question people ask is:

 

 HOW WAS KAYIBANDA MUSEVENI ABLE TO BETRAY HIS COMRADES AND GET AWAY WITH IT FOR SO LONG?

 

The answer is very simple: Kayibanda was a DOUBLE AGENT.

 

 I will explain this below.

 

 Always insecure and ashamed of his Rwandan background and  the fact that he never knew his biological father, having been conceived by the rape of his mother in the violent civil conflict that engulfed Rwanda throughout much of the 19th century, Kayibanda had a burning hatred of   the world and the cruel fate it had dealt him. From an early age he nursed an almost pathological determination to take his revenge on the world by imposing his own authority on it.  He could best do this by establishing a Hima-Tutsi Empire, which he would use as his pedestal or base to extract revenge on those who had wronged him.

 

The first step towards the creation of a Hima-Tutsi empire was to banish completely any association with Rwanda and to acquire a Ugandan identity. He could then use Uganda as a stepping stone for building up his Hima-Tutsi empire. Kayibanda put together the short term goal of colonising Uganda, occupying it using a mix of Rwandan refuees and  merceneries and Ugandan quislings and hired thugs, and then using it as a base to overthrow the Hutu dominated countries of Rwanda and Burundi. The Hima-Tutsi Empire would then be extended to cover what is today Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, and  Eastern DRC.

 

Armed with this grandiose ambition, Kayibanda inveigled himself into the Uganda liberation movement, which was then organising in exile to overthrow the fascist tyranny  Idi Amin Dada. An unabashed and tricky opportunist, Kayibanda used all manner of chicanery, blackmail and trickery to deceive the Ugandan patriotic forces about his true intentions. At one point, he even pretended to be a marxist and a pan-African revolutionary.

 

DOUBLE AGENT.

 

Due to his anarchic pseudo revolutionary activities, kayibanda attracted the attention of the Tanzanian security services and was recruited in to the Tanzanian Secret Service where his role was to monitor Ugandan exile activities and movements and to report back to the Tanzanian authorities. Most crucially, Kayibanda was  recruited by Idi Amin Dada at this time and so became a DEEP PENETRATION AGENT or DPA of the SRB, working  inside the Ugandan liberation movement. His handlers in the SRB included his long term comrades Amanya Mbababzi and his wife Jackie Mbabazi who were both full time SRB officers.

 

It is in this context that Kayibanda's twin interests met and conjoined to devastating effect. To achieve his ambition of establishing a Hima-Tutsi hegemony, he had to join in the efforts to remove Idi Amin from power. But to retain any leadership position in the anti-Amin liberation struggle, he also had to work with Idi Amin in order to eliminate those that stood in his way as he tried to shoot his way to the top leadership of the anti-Amin struggle and ultimately that of an occupied Uganda.

 

First to go was RAITI OMONGIN who he shot with a pistol given to him by his handlers in the Tanzanian Intelligence Services. Next was his own wife HOPE KWAHERU, whom he strangled to death. It is believed Kwaheru had stumbled on to the truth that Kayibanda was an SRB agent and had received large sum of  funds from Idi Amin Dada, and she was frantically trying to make contact with President Obote on the day she disappeared. Kayibanda is believed to have hired local fishermen on the Dar es Salaam coast to bury Hope Kwaheru at sea, her body tied to a bag of cement strapped to a petrol drum and sunk to the bottom of the sea, never to be seen again.

 

And then TOM MASABA and others were soon to follow. Many of them were fighters belonging to Fronasa, and many of them were executed  by firing squad by Idi Amin Dada and Moses Ali.

 

These are the hidden secrets of the Rwandan cut-throat Yoseri kayibanda Museveni that I intend to expose for the whole world to see. I will use this as evidence to put Kayibanda on trial for the offences of conducting mercenary activities against the people of Uganda,  and of the abducting, kidnapping, torturing and raping Ugandan citizens in the period 1971-1979. Kayibanda will be tried separately for the crimes has committed since then, between 1980 and to date.

Late Tom Masaba who was killed under the orders of Amini Dada during the mbale raid. Masaba refused to disclose where Museveni was. During that time, Museveni ad taken cover at a place called Nauyo.
