A very popular royal couple is joining Prince Harry and Meghan Markle in Australia

Prince Harry is gearing up for his third annual Invictus Games in Sydney this October, where he'll have his new wife Meghan Markle by his side, but the former actress isn't the only other royal we'll see Down Under. Another very popular royal couple is set to attend the prince's beloved sporting event, which sees injured service people competing in athletic events - Crown Prince Frederik and Princess Mary of Denmark are also set to attend! The down-to-earth pairs are sure to become fast friends as they spend time together in Mary's home country.

In addition to getting an insider's view of Sydney from Aussie-born Mary, the future Queen and the Duchess of Sussex will have plenty to bond over as lovers of fashion. Fans will be eager to see what each stylish royal wears throughout the event, having delighted in Meghan's fashion parade in Dublin this past summer and Princess Mary's recent style coups while in the Faroe Islands and hosting the French president and first lady at the end of August.

Prince Harry and Meghan will be in Sydney ahead of their royal tour this fall, which will see them visit four Commonwealth countries. "Their Royal Highnesses have been invited to visit the Realms of Australia and New Zealand by the countries' respective governments," said the statement from Kensington Palace announcing their trip. "The Duke and Duchess will visit the Commonwealth countries of Fiji and Tonga at the request of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office."

The Invictus Games this year will be a very special time for the newlyweds, not just because of their newly announced royal guests but also since the games hold a sentimental meaning for the couple. It was at the Invictus Games in Toronto in 2017 that the duo stepped out as a couple for the very first time. Harry and Meghan held hands as they arrived at Nathan Phillips Square to take in a wheelchair tennis match with the eyes of the world on the loved-up pair. A few months later, they announced their engagement and Meghan moved across the pond to join her Prince Charming.
