Why should civil servants get involved into dirty politics? 

Shaban  Bantaliza is a col in UPDF serving but his in GHeto in Kamwokya diahing out money  sent by the president. Also in the same video recording Police officers are picking money from the black bag shawing it o the public clearly stating money came from M7 

Now do still have question Bout Brian white who was giving money...

It's not ha d out of cash people need...ugandans first and for most they do t this regime period.  

Secondly with a new govt...people want hospitals...they schools...employment avenues for their kids . They want security and improved roads. They want market for their products and they need a govt to intervene when in a crisis like hunger during drought  season. 

Who ever rd.m7 that giving out money would save his regime that one is a our liar or stay the way are.
