{UAH} WHO IS TO BLAME FOR NEGLECT OF ARUA TERRORISM VICTIMS?

Frank Mujabi/ Dr Kayondo/ John Kwitonda,

Look at the NRA sadists. They are now shifting the blame for the horrible torture this man Shaban Atiku was subjected to to the other victims like Mr Bob Wine and Mr Zake who had better connections, and probably better means to access medical help. It is true that not all the torture victims have had the medical and other help they need- but who is blame? How do you torture individuals to the extent of crippling them like Mr Shaban Atiku and then you blame good samaritans for failing  to notice them or to rush to their aid? Is this not grotesque sadism?

Obviously the political parties, especially the FDC havea lot to answer for the neglect of some of these victims. As a political party,FDC has a duty of pastoral care towards its members or supporters. But I would not blame Mr Besigye, or Mr Bob Wine for the carnage that was inflicted on the people of Arua. It is Kayibanda Museveni and his jack-booted thugs who are to blame and the responsibility lies squarely on their heads.

I posted here sometime back about Shaban Atiku, the gentleman who was beaten in Arua chaos and partially disabled. Here is a picture of the current Atiku, he can now sit and requires his legs positioned in a specific angle. In the same picture is Asega Habib another victim of the Arua arrests who got some money to buy Atiku tablets and deliver them to him.

Atiku is not needed by CNN, No one from BBC has contacted him, even close friends cannot make him a Facebook live interview to address his pain. The good friends from Amsterdam cant even pronounce his name....Atiku is only known at the Pharmacy where he should buy medicine.

The UPDF and USA hospitals, provide that medicine that heals quickly..at least one drop to take this man's pain, wounds and crutches away.

For starters.... He has functional kidneys.

And that is life...
