10:30am – 11am - Guest performances
• Cultural performances on stage 
• Adjudicators Introduction
11am – 1pm Cultural Performances on stage 
 1: pm – 2pm Lunch Master of ceremony, partners
2pm -6am Cultural Performances on Stage

Master of ceremony, Partners remarks
6pm – 7pm – Adjudicators Results and remarks
• Papa Emorimor speech/Representative
• Chief Guest Remarks 
7pm – Open Akogo dance till late
