{UAH} MR PAUL BAKEBWA, RIP

I have been informed by UPC Hqs of the sad passing away of Mr Paul Bakebwa, which occurred this week. Comrade  Bakebwa was receiving treatment at Nakasero Hospital.  Vigil is being held at the home of his brother former Prime Minister  Amama Mbabazi.  There will be a church service tommorow at 1 PM at Nakasero All Saints Church after which Comrade Bakebwa 's body will be taken to his home in Kabale, Kigezi district where he will be laid to rest.

On behalf of the UPC, we would like to salute Comrade Bakebwa for his life long service to the party. He set a shining example of remaining true and faithful to his party in times proud and ecstatic and in times sad and challenging. He always kept the party flag as well as its spirit high. Comrade Bakebwa' s last will was to be buried in the red colours of UPC, a wish that will be granted by the party members and well wishers at his funeral on Friday.

RIP PAUL BAKEBWA.
