{UAH} Muntu and his meat allergies??

Allergies are just an indication of  the genetic polymorphism that comes from evolution. Mugisha Muntu has always been allergic to meat, but during the Luwero war when the only food available was meat, he reportedly tough it out and ate meat, like others, without any reaction. But after the war, he went back to being allergic to meat? Now please point me to one credible scientific source that explains all this for us?
