{UAH} Ocen, Allan//UPDF launches Ulinzi condoms for soldiers

Folks;

The idea of including condoms in a soldier's backpack makes a lot of sense. 

It should be as essential as his MRE (Meal Ready to East) or water flask.

But does Ugandan produce condoms? Or, are we going to ask foreign manufacturers to add camouflage colors, and stamp "ulinzi" and no one will know there difference? 

The question of where the condoms will come from is important, because it will help us to solve a problem that I've read about in the Ugandan press in recent months:

That our K'Jong men can't find condoms large enough to fit them.

If Uganda indeed manufacturers condoms, them Uganda should produce the right sizes for Karamojong men, and any men for that matter.
