Folks;

Once in a while, a president humbles himself to acknowledge that something in his government development plans is not working.

Here is a great example: President Uhuru Kenyatta is confronted with the stark reality of what his government should have done eons ago, but has instead, dragged its feet in fulfilling own promises. The elephant in the room can't be controlled anymore, because it has outgrown the room.

Legacies are not built on unfulfilled promises.
