{UAH} Senate confirms Brett Kavanaugh to US Supreme Court

Now that the Edward Pojim prophesy has fallen through a hole, one ponders if Democrats have learnt that politics built on sheer noise never works. Democrats have a good political party but they allowed its entire foundation to be taken over by gangs and drug dealers. And that gangarism became fueled by the press they control. Don't you wonder that 80% of Democrats supporters are illegal immigrants? Don't you wonder that the party has now been built on anti-Americanism?  Democrats are actually campaigning today for a change so that Police Stations can be abolished. They are campaigning that ICE an immigration agency be banned. They are campaigning that United States must be opened up and every one fly's in as he/she wants thus the sanctuary cities. Democrats like Cortez are preaching a total shut down of the United States army. Which takes me back to the importance of the confirmation of Brett Kavanaugh.

 

For a very long time. Probably 50 years, Democrats have controlled the country through the supreme court. And I go back to the back ground. All American laws are set up by the Congress which is the representative body of the country. So a voter in Michigan goes to a voting booth for he/she supports the LGBT, depending to how many people raise their voices in the election, a candidate that will support it gets to the congress and makes the law. Congress men/women are the only representatives of the people, a very reason they are elected. What the Democrats decided to do was to over pass the Senate which is the law making body, and controlled the Supreme Court let alone all higher courts. So the senate the law setting entity would set up a law and the Supreme court that is not an elected body kills it. The entire mass of laws built on social justice were never decided in the Senate, they are actually plummeted into the population by the Supreme court. So you have a country where the constitution states that employment must be based on your qualification, yet the Supreme Court is stating that employment must be based on what is between your firkin legs.

 

The Supreme Court a body of un employed people has governed Americans too long. This is why this Supreme Court appointment became a major issue in 2016 election. In fact that is why appointments to the supreme court became the only issue that got directly discussed in the presidential debate. There are people that do not like Donald Trump for many reason, I personally do not like him for he is un presidential, but as long as he can save the American senate to be the only body setting up the laws in the country, I am diving right behind him into the mud. Laws must always be made by elected people than appointed. Judges must make decisions only based to the constitution than to what Reverend Ssebakijje has stated out of his kamooli. Why do you have electoral apathy in United States today? Because many Americans have actually figured out that their elections no longer matter for major decisions are only done in the Supreme court. Do you want to screw your partner on top of a van in a mall of a parking lot? Go to the Supreme Court for the court will judge it as a human right issue.

 

The firkin nonsense failed to end.

 

That is why there are so many quite very happy people tonight. For the supreme court is slowly but carefully being pulled out of the political arena and become the constitutional experts. If you want to change a law you go back to your senator and campaign on it than short circuiting the entire system for the Supreme Court will become your Senate.

 

As I stated early in the day, the vote has been taken and Brett Kavanaugh has been confirmed to the bench. After that confirmation Mitch McConnell  instructed very immediately for  a phone call to be made to the president who was on Air Force One at the time, that the Senate had passed the confirmation. The president of the people signed the documents on air Force One instructing the Chief Justice to swear in Brett Kavanaugh, and he is going to bed tonight as a judge on the bench. And yes it had to be done this fast for this discussion had passed common sense, did you know that Democrats had started to declare Brett Kavanaugh as a known child rapist in his youth?

 

For the next 50 seeable years  some of us are glad that the Supreme court has been handed over today, to the people by a very courageous man.  -> Now yes I know you have the mud, but bring it on for we have a firkin trailer of it to send you in response.
