Swedish Migrant Crisis Continues

A quick online keyword search for “Sweden” would make you think all is well. First results included “The official site of Sweden,” a holiday travel information website, and – wait a minute – the CIA World Factbook entry for Sweden which tells us that their population of over 10 million people is comprised mainly of Swedes “with Finnish and Sami minorities” – no surprise there.

What is interesting is the list of the “most common countries of origin” among immigrants: Syria, Finland, Iraq, Poland, Iran. Three out of five countries have Muslim majority populations. What the search engine results fail to promote are headlines signaling an increasing rise in migrant civil disobedience and criminal behavior.

In fact, according to a report issued by Nils Muiznieks, the Swedish Commissioner for Human Rights:

“Sweden has registered around 400,000 asylum requests since 2012, or one for every 25 inhabitants, a record in Europe. Asylum applications, a third of which were from Syrians, hit a peak of 163,000 in 2015.”

Muiznieks’ report said Sweden was “close to achieving its commitment” of accepting 3,766 migrants in 2017 “under relocation quotas set between EU member states. The country has also promised to welcome 5,000 migrants this year under the EU quota.”

On the first page of search results for the single keyword “Sweden” was a New York Times opinion piece written by a Swedish woman whose mother, Maura Isabelle (we never do find out her country of origin) married a Swede. They moved there, raised a family, and suffered an occasional racial slur or racist attack.

Because she is the daughter of an immigrant mother, the writer felt it very important to stand against the anti-immigration political tide that is building in her country. Her call to action was to “reject these illusory ideas about irreconcilable differences between cultures and put the dignity and equal worth of all people as the highest value.”

The article acknowledged that:

“During the European migrant crisis, Sweden was among the countries that accepted the biggest share of refugees fleeing war and terrorism in Syria, Afghanistan and Iraq.”

The NYT opinion piece neatly overlooks the reality of what is happening in Sweden right now, during a media blackout. Here is a small sampling of shocking recent events:

1. In the fall of 2016, an unnamed “young girl” in Malmö, Sweden, complained to school authorities that school bullies had pulled down her pants and threatened to assault her sexually.

“Boys threaten to rape her. Call her a whore. Ask what religion she is. They don’t think she’s Muslim enough,” the harassed girl’s father said. The parents had taken their daughter’s deplorable story to a Swedish newspaper because “no charges of sexual harassment were filed by the school which did not consider that the girl had actually been sexually harassed or abused.”

A local anti-discrimination group “forced officials to admit it had not handled the case properly and the city paid out 20,000 Swedish Kronor in compensation” – about US $2,200.

2. On February 8, 2017, Swedes became outraged when an unidentified immigrant broadcast a video live on Facebook that showed three men “of foreign origin” raping a woman. The USA, Today article, noted that ” the Scandinavian country…has one of Europe’s highest recorded rates of sexual assaults.”
3. In May 2017, a teaching assistant working at a Swedish school was found guilty of raping three boys (the oldest was 15) eight times between November 2015 and September 2016. He held a knife to the throat of one of his victims and ordered him to “take off his clothes.”

The 30-year-old serial rapist has been named as Ahmed Mohamed, born in Somalia. Police found used condoms, cock rings, and lubricant under the sexual predator’s bed. Those, coupled with a pair of children’s shoes, secured his conviction. He was sentenced to eight years in prison and fined 1.2 million euros (just under US $1.4 million).

4. A Swedish school teacher pressed charges against a 19-year-old “formerly convicted stateless immigrant”– accusing him of raping his female instructor in the high school. The student has been arrested and suspended from school pending an official rape investigation. His prior conviction related to “violent resistance” during his arrest in connection with a store burglary.

The 19-year-old migrant denies he raped his teacher. In an interesting side-note, a person “with knowledge of the school” reported “extensive drug trafficking in the school area.”

5. Finally, today’s news featured the appalling case of a 29-year-old immigrant who was found guilty by the Nacka District Court of raping a woman he threw from a bathing pier into the water. She wasn’t a strong swimmer and every time she cried out for help he forced her head under the water, where he completed the sexual assault. Afterward, the miscreant said there was nothing she could do about it and his actions were completely justified. He told his rape victim that she “could not talk to anyone, that she would keep quiet, and that he could do what he wanted for her because he had recently become a Swedish citizen.”

The 29-year-old migrant rapist received a sentence of three years in jail and a fine of 120,000 SEK (Swedish Kronor, worth about US $13,400), according to the Fria Tider(Free Times) news article published October 13, 2018.

 

 

 

Swedish political leader and founder of the new Alternative for Sweden (AFS) party Gustav Kasselstrand said his party would take a hard line against violent, anti-social new-comers:

“If immigrants cannot integrate themselves in Sweden, they will receive a ‘single-ticket home’ instead.”

The AFS party has stated it will “reconsider all residence permits issued in Sweden since 2000 and could send migrants back who have been granted residence permits on incorrect grounds.”

Meanwhile, rumors are circulating that Swedish leftists are suppressing an official border control report weeks before their national elections. The report said that management of Sweden’s external borders was “a total failure” concluded that Swedish national borders “cannot protect society” and that asylum seekers were “wrongly deprived of liberty” due to the inexperienced and undertrained border police.

The Swedish Parliament passed a temporary law limiting the number of migrants granted permanent residency. The law restricted immigration by relatives of refugees already settled there. Next year, the temporary law will expire. Its fate will be in the hands of the newly-elected nationalist Sweden Democrats.

In light of all these atrocities that appear to be happening with no international media coverage, what do you suppose the Swedish statists will do? Our best guess is they will formalize a permanent immigration policy founded on that party’s prevailing sentiment regarding any and all Sharia Muslims who practice violence instead of integration: “Time to go home.”
