I am watching another documentary on Ted Bundy, considered to be America's most notorious serial killer. Bundy is variously described as the very definition of heartless evil. Operating in the NW region of the USA, Bundy specialised in waylaying and abducting young women and then raping and strangling them to death. Bundy was also a necrophile who enjoyed having sex with the corpses of his victims.

Bundy confessed to 38 murders in a crime spree lasting over a decade, but it is widely believed his victims could have numbered 350.

Bundy was finally caught and put on trial in 1978. He was found quilty and sentenced to death. But he kept postponing the date of his execution by promising to reveal details of yet another victim and then asking for more time to remember another one until the governor got tired and sent him to the chair regardless.

Ted Bundy was electrocuted on 24 January 1989 at Florida state prison in Starke, Florida.

This documentary presents Ted Bundy in his own words. It puts together his police interviews and confessions. The documentary is truly chilling. It takes you into the very heart of darkness.
