LEAVE JENNIFER ALONE
If Jennifer Musisi has resigned we should not criticize her.
She has laid a firm foundation for others to build up.
l once met her one one to one, she was charming and attractive.
Probably she was let down by some immediate supervisors and aides.
However, this time it should be clear that even non Born Again
citizens like Muslims can also be appointed directors and deputy
directors.
Morning prayers in a "chapel" where strategic plans are done at KCCA
should stop because not every body is a Christian or Born Again.
Uganda is a secular country with no state religion.
l think Jennifer is not personally corrupt, but some of her
associates, who were imposed to her, are and have let her down.
She has left a mark as the first KCCA Executive Director.
This time, with experience in URA, UNRA and KCCA, even nuns with their
veils and Hajjatis with their hijabs, should be considered.
